- Sweet chili sauce (4 tbsp)
- 1 juice lime
- Skinless salmon fillet (4 x 140g/5oz)
Add together in the bowl the sweet chili and lime juice. For serving, half of the mixture should be used. Spread the salmon over the skewers and add chili sauce to it. Leave it for about 20 mins to marinate.
- After marinating, cook in a hot griddle pan for about 8 mins.
- Turn it from time to time until the salmon is no stickier to the pan and has an opaque appearance. Serve hot.
